Hi WAPL Members! It's shaping up to be a busy summer and we are excited to share event dates for our big WAPL Summer Events.
2021 Annual Meeting
The 2021 annual meeting will be June 18th at 8:30 am at the Three Crowns Golf Club in Casper, Wyoming. The speakers at this years event include Tara Righetti, J.D., CPL, Professor of Law at the University of Wyoming who will be presenting "The Role of Landman Assembling Project for Carbon Storage", Justin Ballard, J.D., CEO & Co-Founder of JAI Energy LLC who will be presenting "Bitcoin Mining Opportunities For Operators" and Pete Obermueller, President of the Petroleum Association of Wyoming who will be presenting "Western Energy Alliance vs. Joseph R. Biden, Jr., etal and the Effects of the Biden Administration in Wyoming."
Following the annual WAPL Meeting come out for the Gene George Memorial Golf Tournament starting at noon after the event.

WAPL Educational Event & Networking Party
The WAPL Educational Event & Networking Party will be on August 5th. The Educational Event will be from 8am - 2pm at the Holiday Inn at 1809 Sugarland Dr, Sheridan, WY 82801. The Networking Party will be from 6:30 - 9 pm at the Powder Horn Golf Clubhouse. There will be cocktails and hors d'oeuvres on the patio.
WAPL Invitational Golf Tournament & Banquet
The 2021 Wyoming Association of Professional Landman (WAPL) Invitational Golf Tournament will be held at The Powder Horn Golf Club in Sheridan, Wyoming on Friday, August 6, 2021. General Registration Opens June 24th. Sponsors may register online starting June 11th using a code that will be provided to sponsors which will allow access to early registration. The banquet dinner will be held August 6th at 6pm at the Powder Horn Clubhouse.
